Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education or military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients, guiding traffic and delivering a high-touch in-branch experience.
• Process everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently while deepening client relationships.
• Educate clients on banking products and self-serve options and refer to specialists as needed.
• Identify client needs and opportunities to help reach financial goals and escalate non-standard issues as required.
