Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organizational skills for fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills; concise, clear and consistent.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with deadlines.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as hospitality ambassador, delivering relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions to build trust.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities; connects to specialists.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach and appointments for account needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness.
• Advocates for clients with empathy and integrity.
