The role focuses on opening new accounts, servicing existing ones, and guiding customers to digital self-service tools like Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs. You will work with teammates to meet daily goals and ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn products and procedures.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a branch team.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following policies.
