Job summary

You will build trusted relationships, educate customers on products, and partner with the branch team to ensure a seamless, caring client experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Requires client-service experience or equivalent.
Demonstrates ability to greet and assist clients warmly.
Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through the lobby.
Provide account servicing and assist with opening new accounts while following policies.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
Perform branch operations and handle cash devices per bank policies.
