Qualifications

• Proficiency with PC software (MS Office) and digital channels.
• Willingness to engage in outside calling, referrals, and networking to grow client base.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored financial wellness recommendations to clients in person and by phone.
• Open personal and business accounts and assist with various deposit products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and internal partners to attract and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and proper documentation of client interactions.
• Assist with client transactions on the Teller line and participate in morning huddles and occasional Saturdays.
