Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and to acquire, manage, and retain meaningful client relationships.

You will use financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions, helping clients address their financial needs and improving their banking experience. You will engage with clients in person and by phone, expand relationships, and guide them through using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
