• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge while collaborating with branch team members to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank policies and procedures.
