Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, create a welcoming environment, and manage lobby traffic using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Support branch operations and cash handling per policies.
