Job summary

As an Associate Banker, you will represent the brand, share product knowledge, and help clients reach their financial goals through friendly, attentive service.

You will greet clients, assist with account openings, and guide customers through day-to-day transactions using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
Ability to engage clients clearly and politely.
Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.
Cash handling experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, check them into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel meetings.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and assisting with opening new accounts while following all policies and rules.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach financial goals.
Perform branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM tasks in compliance with bank policies.
