Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences and represent our brand with hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and digital tools. You will build trusted relationships with clients, sharing product knowledge to help achieve their financial goals.

You will greet clients, open new accounts, and assist with everyday transactions via Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, collaborating with branch teammates to ensure a seamless, compliant service experience.

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations.
Ability to build trusted relationships.
Ability to engage clients.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and procedures.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships with clients by listening, understanding needs, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
Perform branch operations, including cash devices, in line with bank policies and procedures.
