Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in Allentown to deliver hospitality-driven service and build trusted relationships with clients. You will welcome customers, help with new accounts, and guide them in using Chase Mobile App and digital tools to meet their financial needs.

As part of the branch team, you will listen actively, explain products clearly, and ensure compliance with policies while supporting branch goals and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior client service experience preferred.
• Ability to clearly explain banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with attentive service.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
