• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships through active listening, empathy, and sharing product knowledge with clients and teammates.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and vault/ATM duties per bank policies.
