Job summary

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through branch processes.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge and solutions.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices following bank policies.
