Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences and represent the brand with hospitality. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients reach their financial goals through personalized service and modern banking tools.

You will greet clients, assist with new accounts, and guide them through digital options like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, while adhering to banking regulations and branch procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients with clear and polite communication.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Cash handling experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, and assist with opening new accounts, following policy and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships through attentive listening, empathy, and product knowledge, collaborating with branch teammates to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations tasks, including cash handling devices, while adhering to policies and procedures.
