Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and expert guidance on banking solutions. You will greet clients, open accounts, and help them navigate Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs.

You will build trusted relationships, assist with day-to-day transactions, and collaborate with branch teammates to meet client financial goals while following policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and ensure compliance.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile, Chase.com).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and coordinating with team.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in line with policies.
