Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to join our branch team in a customer‑centric environment in the United States. You will greet clients, open accounts, and provide attentive service while guiding clients through Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM tools.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling while following bank procedures.
