You will greet clients, support account openings, educate on Chase Mobile App and digital options, and collaborate with branch teammates to meet financial goals while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients with day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices and ATMs, in compliance with bank policies.
