Job summary

In this part-time role, you will greet customers, open accounts, assist with day-to-day transactions, teach customers to use Chase Mobile App and online services, and collaborate with the branch team to deliver exceptional experiences.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with attentiveness and friendliness.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, maintaining relationships, and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge—team up with branch colleagues to help clients reach goals.
Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
