Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in our branch to deliver welcoming, attentive service and help clients achieve their financial goals with Chase solutions and digital tools.

You will greet clients, open accounts, educate on Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and collaborate with team to provide seamless service while complying with policies and regulations. High school diploma or GED required; banking experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with branch staff.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance and new account openings in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATM usage.
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate with the team to meet financial goals.
