Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in line with policies.
• Assist clients with day‑to‑day transactions using Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Listen actively and partner with team members to meet client goals.
• Perform branch operations and adhere to bank policies and procedures.
