Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in New Jersey to represent our brand with hospitality, using the latest banking solutions to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted relationships with clients, sharing product knowledge and helping them achieve financial goals.

You’ll greet clients, open accounts, assist with digital tools, and collaborate with branch team to meet client needs while adhering to banking policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and device management in line with bank procedures.
