Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to join our branch team in Arlington, TX. You will welcome clients, help with accounts, and educate customers on Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, while building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service.

You will handle transactions, open new accounts, and guide clients through banking solutions, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. A strong customer-centric mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience required.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills at the branch level.
Ability to educate clients on technology solutions like mobile apps and online banking.
Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and scheduling meetings.
Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening of new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build meaningful relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
Perform branch operations including cash handling devices while adhering to bank policies.
