Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent the brand with hospitality, delivering attentive service and leveraging the latest banking solutions to meet client needs. You will build trusted relationships, guide customers through products, and help them achieve financial goals in a busy branch setting.

In this role, you will greet clients, manage lobby flow, assist with new accounts, and educate customers on Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATM options.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to engage clients with clear, polite communication.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on transactions and digital banking options (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch colleagues.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and device/storage responsibilities in line with policies.
