Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent the brand with hospitality, using banking solutions and technology to serve clients in the branch. You will build trusted relationships, help clients achieve financial goals, and provide attentive, compliant service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, opening accounts, guiding digital banking tools, and supporting branch operations.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships through active listening and partner with branch team to meet clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and device management, following bank procedures.
