Job summary

The Universal Banker I at Nicolet National Bank serves as a trusted frontline advisor, delivering teller services and strong customer care across in-person, phone, and digital channels. You will educate customers on digital tools, identify financial needs, and refer them to Personal Bankers and lending specialists for deposits, loans, and credit cards.

You will help sustain branch performance through relationship-building, accurate processing, and compliance with BSA/AML, KYC, and Reg E, while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of cash-handling and customer-service experience required.
• Prior banking or retail financial-services experience preferred.
• Proficiency with banking systems, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Engage customers in needs-based conversations to understand goals and suggest solutions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions.
• Educate customers on digital tools such as mobile and online banking.
• Refer opportunities to Personal Bankers or lending specialists for deposits, loans, and cards.
• Support branch sales and referrals through disciplined engagement and follow-up.
