Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of cash-handling and customer-service experience required.
• Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming and professional teller services across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Educate customers on digital tools and educate on deposit accounts, loans, and cards.
• Identify customer needs and make referrals to Personal Bankers or lending specialists.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, balancing routines, and security procedures.
• Support branch sales goals through disciplined engagement and follow-up.
• Participate in community outreach and collaborate with team to meet branch goals.
