Job summary

Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Universal Banker I to build trust with customers and expand relationships at the branch. You will serve as a trusted frontline advisor across in-person, phone, and digital channels, delivering a high-quality experience.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and referrals to bankers or lenders while upholding security, compliance, and branch goals. The role includes community engagement and ongoing customer education on digital tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of cashhandling and customerservice experience required.
• Strong customerservice, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with banking systems, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming and professional service across inperson, phone, and digital channels.
• Engage customers in needsbased conversations to understand goals and introduce appropriate solutions.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, cashier's checks, and other transactions.
• Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to Personal Bankers or lending specialists.
• Research and resolve routine issues such as transaction discrepancies, fee questions, and debitcard concerns within authority.
• Adhere to operational standards, security practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in daily huddles and collaborate with team members to meet branch goals.
