Job summary

Truist is seeking a client-facing operations professional to provide support for a portfolio of agented syndicated, bilateral, and participated deals across multiple business lines. This role serves as the primary operational contact with borrowers, lenders, counsel, and risk teams, ensuring high-quality service and risk management within a large banking organization.

The role covers portfolios including ASG, ABL, CIB, CCB, Dealer Finance, CRE, and Wealth products, with duties spanning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business/Accounting or related field.
• Detail-oriented with proven accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of complex lending systems (AFS Vision, Loan IQ, SyndTrak, ClearPar, Cognos).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and interpret complex legal docs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate principal, interest, and fee invoices with complex calculations.
• Process loan and letter of credit activity for the portfolio, including payments.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues per bank standards.
• Act as liaison between borrowers and lenders, balancing priorities.
• Interact daily with clients, including executive-level contacts.
• Apply product and system expertise to address non-routine problems.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management for posting of Financials and Compliance documents.
• Reconcile control reports and monitor Key Risk Indicators.
• Generate reports for amendments, audits, and payment history.
