Job summary
TransPerfect is seeking an implementation-focused professional to work with our Solutions Engineering team in Tempe. You will gather client requirements, draft detailed implementation plans, and ensure timelines are met while coordinating with client internal teams on GlobalLink product deployment.
Responsibilities include configuring GlobalLink tools, serving as the technical contact, troubleshooting, and mentoring new team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2-3 years in a client-facing role with project implementation experience.
- Strong investigation and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Great time management and documentation skills.
- Collaborative attitude with ability to work across teams.
- Knowledge of Language Technology including CAT tools and translation tools.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client requirements with Solutions Engineering.
- Draft project plans with timelines and risk analysis.
- Manage implementation deadlines and coordinate with client teams.
- Execute configuration tasks in GlobalLink tools per requirements.
- Serve as the primary technical contact and escalation point for clients.
- Support the client configuration issues and contribute to product lifecycles.
