Job summary

TransPerfect in Boston is seeking a Solutions Engineer to work with the Solutions Engineering team to gather and analyze client configuration requirements for GlobalLink implementations.

You will draft project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate with client teams to ensure on-time delivery, while serving as the technical lead and primary escalation point.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in a client-facing role, plus experience with CAT tools and translation platforms.

• Project management and client solution implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze configuration requirements from clients.
• Draft project plans with implementation details and timelines.
• Ensure deadlines of the implementation timeline are met.
• Coordinate with client internal teams for GlobalLink product implementation.
• Execute and verify configuration tasks in GlobalLink tools.
• Serve as the primary technical contact and escalation point for clients.
• Assist the support team with client configuration issues.
• Work with Product Management to report issues and request new features.
• Mentor new team members and prepare trainings.
• Contribute to internal projects and other tasks as assigned.
