Job summary

TransPerfect seeks a proactive professional to work with our Solutions Engineering team, gathering and analyzing client requirements for GlobalLink configurations, drafting detailed implementation plans, and ensuring timelines are met. You will coordinate with client teams, execute configuration tasks, and serve as the technical lead for client engagements.

The role requires 2–3 years in client-facing roles, strong English communication, and solid project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in a client-facing role.
• Experience with project management and client solution implementation.
• Strong investigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Collaborative attitude and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Language Tech incl. CAT Tools and Translation Environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements with Solutions Engineering.
• Draft project plans with implementation details and timelines.
• Ensure deadlines of the implementation timeline are met.
• Coordinate with client internal teams during GlobalLink product implementation.
• Execute and verify configuration tasks in GlobalLink tools.
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for clients.
• Assist the support team with client configuration issues.
• Mentor new team members and prepare trainings.
