Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a results-oriented Service Delivery Manager to manage support and consulting engagements for C-Track solutions in production environments.

In this role, you will work with client stakeholders to fulfill SLAs, build strong relationships across internal and external partners, and ensure high customer satisfaction while aligning with company goals. Hybrid work options are available, with travel expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 2+ years in service delivery management.
• Knowledge of service delivery, business processes, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manages support and consulting services engagement with assigned clients using C-Track solutions in production.
• Executes and delivers on SLAs with assigned clients.
• Builds and maintains client and internal relationships, including with third parties.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and monitors post-engagement requests or issues.
