3MD Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I to deliver small to moderately complex customer-facing projects. You will translate client SOWs into plans, manage schedules, budgets, and risks, and act as the main client contact throughout delivery, coordinating with internal teams for successful outcomes.

You will work in a professional office setting, overseeing project controls, communication with stakeholders, and ensuring delivery excellence in a collaborative environment.

• Foundational PM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities to align scope, timeline and resources.
• Excellent verbal, written, and active listening communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources while balancing priorities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and proactive corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for milestones, status, and delivery.
• Translate client SOWs into actionable project plans and milestones.
• Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Own project scope, budget, and risk; monitor spend and burn rates.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams with internal resources and clients.
• Manage client expectations, escalations, and change control processes.
• Create and maintain project controls: action items, risks, issues, logs.
• Communicate status and key decisions to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Drive structured project meetings with agendas and outcomes.
• Ensure accurate billing prior to invoicing and monitor financials.
