Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3–5 years of PM experience.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills to align scope, timelines and resources.
• Effective verbal, written, and active listening communication; tailor to audiences.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources while balancing multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with proactive corrective action plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client point of contact for all project milestones, status updates, and delivery activities.
• Translate client Statements of Work into actionable project plans, deliverables, and milestones.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines to achieve delivery goals.
• Own project scope, budget, and risk; track spend-to-date and forecasted spend.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including internal resources and client stakeholders.
• Manage customer expectations, escalations, and change control processes.
• Create and maintain project controls including action item lists, risk and issue logs.
