3MD Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I for the successful delivery of small to moderately complex projects.

You will build structure and drive execution across 1–3 technical teams, coordinating with customers and internal departments through planning, execution, and completion. The role emphasizes driving project scope, timelines, budgets, and communication, while fostering collaboration and maintaining clear stakeholder updates across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Experience translating client requirements into deliverables and milestones.
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, and budgets in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Independently translate client documents into actionable deliverables and milestones.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Define project goals and adapt approach to meet delivery expectations.
• Ensure all project requirements are documented and aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate and allocate resources across cross-functional teams, including virtual environments.
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Monitor scope, budgets, timelines, spend-to-date, and burn rates.
• Track changes and maintain documentation (risk logs, action items, change controls).
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Identify and manage risks; lead escalations and corrective actions when needed.
• Facilitate effective project meetings with clear agendas and outcomes.
• Ensure accurate billing by verifying project financials prior to invoicing.
• Implement project changes to achieve deliverables and stakeholder confidence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through system enhancements.
