You will plan schedules, maintain customer relationships, and communicate progress to stakeholders, while handling documentation and supporting service handoffs across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BA degree in a technical discipline (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
• Typically 3+ years' experience as a project manager in high-tech services.
• Ability to be on-call and respond to customer emergencies; flexible hours.
• Willingness to travel 20-50% depending on region and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Actively plan, organize, and align internal and external resources to meet project schedules.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers pre- and post-sale.
• Develop project schedules and track progress against milestones; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate scope changes to key stakeholders to achieve customer acceptance.
• Manage project documentation and hand off to service or customer teams as needed.
