Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Dallas, Texas seeks a Project Program Director to lead client-facing programs for JMNC engagements across North America, coordinating with client stakeholders to shape executable solutions and oversee transitions into delivery.

You will work with JMNC sales, BU sales, Practices, and delivery teams to connect client priorities with capabilities, manage governance, and ensure alignment from solution development through delivery readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of client-facing technology consulting or program/project management.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and experience with Japanese organizations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing solution and program initiatives from requirements through delivery.
• Define scope, milestones, and governance for each engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across JMNC and global delivery networks.
• Provide executive-facing status updates and risk mitigation.
