Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Extensive experience with software development teams.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership and mentorship skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience creating product documentation.
• Fluent English (speaking and writing).
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex client engagements with clear, achievable requirements.
• Mentor and review work of business analysts assigned to projects.
• Manage client backlog, gaps, priorities, and milestones.
• Review test cases, approve scenarios, and execute UAT.
• Draft, refine, and standardize requirements using AI tools; ensure accuracy.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and project teams.
