Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Associate Technical Business Analyst to work with retail clients and project teams to define business requirements and use cases. You will translate client needs into clear requirements and support features from definition through delivery in a growth role that builds product, analysis, and retail expertise.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role (internships and co-ops count)
• Exposure to software development teams and projects through work, internships, or coursework
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Ability to create clear written documentation
• Self-driven, with a strong desire to learn
• Fluent English speaking and writing

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing client business requirements to determine the best approach, with guidance from senior team members
• Analyze and document requirements and translate client needs into product-specific or client-specific requirements
• Create and maintain requirements documentation that clearly conveys what is changing and why
• Use approved AI tools to draft, refine, and standardize requirements documentation and user stories, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs
