Job summary

Claritas Rx, a rapidly growing healthcare technology company, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Customer Engineering team. You will serve as the program coordination lead responsible for end-to-end operational execution of customer implementations, including data loading, configurations, SFTP setup, and training environment planning, coordinating with the Implementation and Customer Success teams.

In this role you will own governance artifacts, manage JIRA tickets, prepare concise reports

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in SaaS/healthcare technology.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent customer delivery programs end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for ticket intake, grooming, prioritization, and sprint/Kanban board management.
• BS/BA in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational execution of customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Coordinate data loading, application configurations, tenant setup, SFTP connectivity, and training environment planning.
• Maintain governance artifacts such as status dashboards, RAID logs, scorecards, and delivery trackers.
• Prepare concise reporting and decks for internal and external meetings, highlighting progress, risks, and priorities.
