Job summary

SITECH Louisiana is seeking an Office Support Specialist to manage walk-in customers and daily operations at the Baton Rouge location. You will work closely with all departments to serve customer needs and support operations, with accounting experience preferred.

The role offers full-time employment with a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, paid holidays, and life insurance; pre-employment screens and E-Verify are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record required.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from sales representatives and customers
• Assist customers with counter sales and inquiries
• Take and process customer orders
• Offer advice and details regarding available products
• Generate invoices and account statements
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Investigate and resolve any irregularities and enquiries for customer statements
• Follow-up communications with customers and account representatives
• Keep track of office supplies
• Other duties as assigned
