Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Assistant Account Manager in Oregon to assist Account Managers and Senior Account Managers with servicing assigned accounts. You will prepare documents, manage renewals, and ensure accurate policy processing while delivering exceptional client service.

The role requires 1+ years in a professional office setting, a P&C license within 90 days, and solid credit to MS Office and Epic experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• One or more years of professional office experience preferred.
• High School or equivalent.
• P&C Insurance Producer License required within 90 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, transmittals, ID cards, certificates of insurance, binders and cancellation forms.
• Review and process change requests in the system of record.
• Set-up and maintain new and renewal client files in the system of record.
• Participate in renewal preparation process, including generating renewal updates.
• Provide quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriers.
• May review policies and endorsements for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare policies for delivery to clients.
• Communicate with company personnel regarding client needs and issues.
• Input/maintain data on account management system and ancillary systems.
