Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager to ensure clients receive excellent service and to manage commercial lines accounts. You will be the primary contact for clients and carrier staff, handling inquiries, renewals, and document accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring some insurance experience, a high school diploma or GED (college preferred), and the ability to interact with all levels while proficient with MS Office and Outlook. Hybrid work may be available after probation.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance experience is strongly preferred for this role.
• High school diploma/GED (college preferred).
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and operate a computer effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point-of-contact for commercial lines clients andCarrier staff.
• Market to carriers, prepare quotes and proposals, and respond to policy inquiries.
• Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders; verify policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy.
