Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3–4 years of systems support or design experience in banking/financial services.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret banking periodicals and technical procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail.
• Knowledge of programming concepts and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Perform research, analysis, and testing on issues submitted through the COCC Issue Tracking System and provide day to day production support.
• Design COCC products and interfaces and develop and maintain expertise within assigned application areas.
• Create product functionality based on customer, vendor, and industry input.
• Prepare bug fix documentation and functional specifications.
• Participate in product management activities, product planning and design meetings.
• Analyze client problems related to design flaws and recommend solutions.
• Deliver training on application changes and enhancements as needed.
• Support off hours production issues when required.
• Develop test plans; test and review products and documentation.
• Assist with release notes and system documentation.
