The role requires troubleshooting inquiries via phone and email, leveraging isolved, and supporting modules like Time & Attendance, HRIS, and Onboarding. In-office position in Royersford, PA with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client service environment.
• Experience with web-based programs supporting clients.
• Experience with isolved or similar payroll systems.
• Excellent analytical and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing scenarios.
• Associates Degree and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process payrolls with high accuracy.
• Build and manage client relationships via phone and email.
• Investigate and resolve a high volume of client inquiries.
• Provide proactive service to maximize system utilization.
• Document interactions in the CRM for retention.
• Collaborate with internal staff to resolve client projects.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current on legislation.
