Job summary

Leena AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise customers, driving AI adoption in HR, IT, and Operations, writing production code, configuring the platform, and integrating systems.

You will own end-to-end delivery, gather requirements, design integrations, and maintain deployments, collaborating with PS, Product, and Engineering teams, representing Leena AI at CIO-level engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a customer-facing engineering, professional services, or forward deployed role.
• Proven track record of deploying production‑grade software inside enterprise client environments, not just in sandboxes.
• Strong proficiency in Python and writing production‑quality code under real‑world time constraints.
• Deep experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, SAML/SSO, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise HR or IT systems: Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft, UKG, SuccessFactors, or similar.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-moving situations and deliver outcomes without perfect requirements.
• Executive presence and confidence leading technical discussions with CIOs, IT Security teams, and senior enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design integration blueprints and solution architectures directly with the client, then own hands-on execution.
• Prototype custom integrations, API connectors, and workflow automation across enterprise systems.
• Build and configure AI Colleagues, AOPs, and Skills inside the client environment.
• Navigate real-world enterprise constraints—SSO/SAML/OIDC, legacy HRIS, data residency, IT security gatekeeping.
• Author Solution Design Documents with precision and flag blockers early.
• Own the 2-week hypercare period post go-live for stability.
