Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Economist to design and maintain internal data models aiding commuting impact, workforce accessibility, location strategy, and real estate investments.

You will quantify strategic and financial impacts, analyze labor markets, and translate findings into client-ready dashboards, reports, and maps. Mentoring juniors and supporting business development are also key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in a related field with foreign education equivalency accepted.
• Experience performing economic or statistical analysis in business/consulting environments.
• Three years analyzing labor markets, demographics, and financial modeling of lease options.
• Experience with client relationship management and delivering presentations for new business.

Responsibilities
