Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Financial Analyst in Boston to support brokers and occupier clients with corporate real estate services across local and multi-market accounts. The role involves building proprietary Excel models, performing lease vs.

buy analyses, and preparing presentations for client meetings. You will work within the Occupier Financial Advisory group and may engage in asset acquisitions or dispositions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate or related business areas.
• 1–3 years of commercial real estate experience with knowledge of economics, investment analysis, and cash flow projections.

Responsibilities

• Prepares complex pre-tax cash flow analyses, lease comparisons, and buy/lease decisions.
• Provides analytic support to brokers and service lines with real estate transactions.
• Reviews leases, financing documents, and corporate financials for relevant information.
