Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Finance Lead to partner with delivery teams on financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management for commercial real estate and construction initiatives.

You will build and maintain financial models, analyze cost trends, and provide insights to optimize capital deployment and investment decisions, while coordinating with project managers and client stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7–10 years of FP&A experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or project-based environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience supporting capital projects, client-facing reporting, and portfolio-level financial strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead project financial strategy, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Consolidate data across projects to inform client investment decisions.
• Create dashboards and reports tracking CPI/KPIs for leadership and clients.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and procurement to validate costs and pricing.
