Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to serve as a key client interface, delivering high-quality cost management services on major capital projects including manufacturing and advanced technology facilities. You will lead cost planning, change management, and value engineering while collaborating with design teams and contractors in a client-facing environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in cost management within construction, preferably with life sciences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of procurement routes, value management and value engineering.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide estimate and cost planning, including final cost plan.
• Review cost estimates with design services team and general contractor.
• Coordinate cost information from various sources for cost discussions.
